  1. contact us via phone or email to set up an appointment, view our fabrics, choose your style and design your garment.
  2. one* week later, you will return for a fitting. within two* weeks, your custom-designed frenchie garment will be ready for pick-up. dresses and tops will require an additional fitting.
  3. should your piece need any additional nips or tucks, we will gladly schedule you for an alteration with our seamstress at our expense within one week of your receiving the finished item.
    this alteration will be at our discretion and does not include changing the style in any way.
    any alterations needed after this one time will be at your own expense
  4. frenchie accepts cash, check or money order.

* timelines are dependent on time of the year and number of wardrobe pieces ordered, and are subject to change. when possible, we will gladly do rush-orders for an additional charge

for out-of-town clients (frenchie skirts only)

  1. contact us via phone or email to request digital swatches of our available fabrics. we will provide you with simple measurement instructions and ask that you be professionally measured to ensure a proper fit.
  2. 1.your order can then be placed via email and you will receive a detailed statement reflecting the final cost of your garment, including shipping and handling. payment in full is due at this time.
    frenchie accepts check or money order.
  3. within 3* weeks, your custom-designed garment will be mailed to you.
  4. should your piece need any additional nips or tucks, all alterations will be at your own expense
    due to distance, we cannot guarantee an exact fit but can assure you the finished garment will be in accordance with the measurements you provide us.
